PRELIMINARY PHONE CONSULTATION
Our process starts with a conversation about your project over the phone. The goal of this call is to understand your vision, goals, preferences, and budget. It's a two-way conversation where we also assess if our expertise aligns with your needs and if we're a good fit to collaborate on your project.
INITIAL SITE VISIT
Following the initial consultation, we schedule a site visit to your property. During this visit, we gather essential information that will inform the preliminary estimate.

PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE
Based on the information gathered during the site visit and our experience with similar projects, we provide you with a preliminary estimate. This estimate serves as an initial guideline for budget planning and project feasibility.
DESIGN & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Once the preliminary estimate is approved, clients retain our services to develop the project plan. We use our experience to assist with drawings and engineering design while guiding clients through material and finish selections. The core of the project plan is a detailed estimate and schedule, which we develop by gathering pricing and scheduling information from subcontractors and suppliers. Once finalized, this plan provides a clear roadmap for construction, ensuring a seamless transition from design to building.
CONTRACT
With the project plan and budget finalized, we formalize our agreement through a detailed contract. The contract outlines the scope of work, payment terms, schedule, and other project-specific details. It provides both parties with clarity and ensures that expectations are aligned.
PERMITTING AND APPROVALS
We take care of all necessary permitting and approvals on your behalf. We handle the paperwork and work with relevant authorities to secure the required permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes.
CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION
Once all permits are in place, we commence the construction phase. Throughout this process, we maintain open communication with you, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
FINAL INSPECTION AND HANDOVER
As construction nears completion, we conduct a comprehensive final inspection to ensure that every aspect of the project meets our standards. Once satisfied, we invite you for a final walkthrough of your new space. Upon your approval, we hand over the keys, marking the successful completion of your project.
