Jeremy Boger, Owner

I am a licensed general contractor and a degreed civil engineer with over 30 years of construction experience. I combine hands-on expertise, engineering knowledge, and strong project management skills to deliver high-quality results.

I started in construction in 1994, gaining experience in framing, remodeling, additions, and historic restoration. This background gives me a solid understanding of both structural integrity and design. I stay actively involved in every project, ensuring precision at every stage.

I earned my civil engineering degree from the University of Kansas, where I was named the 2014 Civil Engineering Senior of the Year and inducted into Chi Epsilon, the national civil engineering honor society. My engineering experience includes roles as a construction manager, field engineer, estimator, and safety officer. I also hold an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification and OSHA 30 safety certification.

My approach focuses on clear communication, transparency, and strong project management. Before work begins, I provide a detailed estimate, schedule, and project plan. During execution, I ensure projects stay on track through hands-on oversight and open communication.
